Szegedi coaching & training organises the development programme for Siemens trainees.

This programme consists of monthly meetings with the trainees, where the agenda includes the following items:

• peer review
• giving and receiving feedback
• effective communication
• influence
• talents at work

All meetings consist of a part theory/framework followed by a a lot of implementing and reflecting.
