For the third consecutive year we are responsible for organising GdF Suez’ Potential Programme.
The one-year programme consists of:
- Four face-to-face coaching sessions
- Three times 360-degree feedback
- Three three-way conversations manager/trainee/coach
- Four peer review/group sessions
An important aspect of the programme is that the Management Potential sets his or her own learning objectives and that the Personal Development Plan forms the framework for development and evaluation.
